Joined the business in 1975 as a negotiator. Now the Senior Partner of the business and in charge of the Commercial and Professional department, Rent Reviews, Lease Renewals and Auctions.

Sandra Buckland. FNAEA
Having forged a career in retail and international banking, joined the business after having her family in 1980 as a part time book-keeper and is now the Partner in charge of Management and Administration.

Louise Kapoor BA (Hons) DipDEA
Joined the business whilst still at school as a 'weekender'. After completing her degree and working for a marketing firm in central London, she returned to the company and is now the Partner in charge of Residential Lettings. In addition, Louise has a Diploma in Domestic Energy Assessment enabling Greenfield to produce EPCs.

Mark Jarman. FNAEA
Started in Ewell as a trainee negotiator for a firm of estate agents in 1976, set up a business in Fulham in the late '80's, 'went round the world' and came back to Ewell in 1996 as an Associate Partner at Greenfield and Co, assisting with residential sales, I.T. and general marketing.
